Wildlife: Chittering Heights offers an authentic Australian bush experience. You may encounter native wildlife including lizards, insects, spiders and other bush creatures—this is part of the property's natural charm.
Access: The property is reached via approximately 1km of steep, unsealed driveway. While accessible by standard vehicles, guests should drive carefully and be comfortable navigating rural roads, particularly following heavy rainfall.
Stairs: The internal spiral staircase to the loft does not have a handrail and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
Off-grid experience: The property has no air conditioning or Wi-Fi. This is part of the off-grid charm—we encourage you to disconnect from technology and embrace the peaceful natural surroundings. Large fans and cross-ventilation keep the space comfortable year-round.
The embodiment of serenity. The main lounge room has a wide leather sofa and chairs, a wood-fire oven for the winter and large fans for the summer, and a full view of the Chittering Valley to stand in for your TV at home. Walk right out onto the Main Deck our into the connected Jarrah Bush Kitchen.
Sleeps two adults in one queen bed, with direct Lounge Deck access through sliding glass doors. Amenities include Guest Gowns and Slippers.
The Spa Deck features a guest ready spa, sunset and valley views under a canopy of gumtrees that are lit up at nightfall.

One hundred and sixty-five private acres stretch out below The Treehouse for your exclusive enjoyment. Take a wander and explore the variety of miniature bush environments spread throughout. You'll find open plains, gumtree forests, bullrush marshland, a dam, and many more natural surprises. Don't forget to say hello to the cows grazing on the adjacent land, and remember to take plenty of water during the summer months.
A fully-equipped kitchen connected to the Main Lounge, with large corner windows that allow you to gaze out over the valley while you prepare your breakfast.
